DOT Physical Exams
A qualified medical examiner will perform your DOT physical examination as required by law.
Your medical history will be reviewed, and you will be asked to list any medications you currently take.
Your DOT exam includes:
- Urinalysis
- Blood pressure test
- Vision test
- Eye, throat, mouth, and ear examination
- Heart and lung examination
- Spine and posture check
- Neurological evaluation
- Abdominal examination
- Hernia check
We also provide related DOT & Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing services to support workplace compliance.

Drug Testing Services
Our clinic has multiple certified collectors for drug and alcohol testing. We perform DOT and NON-DOT services in all areas of employment testing. Please fill out the “Company Information/Test Request Form” (below) and Fax or Email it as directed.
