Work force is a subpart of formfox that is a separate online platform for Employers or TPA’s to order testing and see results.

Third Party Administrator is an external organization that manages drug and alcohol testing programs to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.

A consortium is mix of multiple smaller companies placed in a random test pool for drug and alcohol tests. For example, if a company has 5 employees it makes it very likely that through random test that the same employee would be required to take multiple random drug test in order for the company to stay compliant with federal law. However, if that same company, then joins a consortium of 100 individuals it makes it less likely for the same employee to be required to take a random drug test multiple times in a row.

A stand-alone pool is for one large company/business to have randomized drawings for their employees for drug and alcohol testing.

Next, we will set you up on Workforce and you will receive an email to set up your login. Please review email instructions carefully. With workforce you will be able to order and view results of tests online. (see above -> What is workforce?)

Employers or TPA’s set up orders which will have an authorization number. Employees can set up an appointment via phone: 507-451-7580 if they have an authorization for our clinic.

We have come across issues with authorizations from TPA’s not being set up correctly, and unfortunately we have no ability to change them. If this occurs, employers have 2 options.

1. Call your TPA and have them fix the order.
2. Set up the test with us directly and we can run it through our lab and bill your company directly. See company information form.

We receive orders within about 10 minutes if the order has our office chosen as the testing facility.

If the order does not include our office as the testing facility, we are unable to complete the order UNLESS the order is changed by the ordering party (TPA or Employer) OR we can set up the company in our system to process a new order -> See company information form.

Federal DOT Drug tests consist of a 5 panel drug test including Marijuana (THC), Amphetamines, Cocaine, Opioids, and Phencyclidine (PCP).

Non-Federal Testing is up to company policy. We have Rapid testing options and we can review with you once the company information form is received. See company information form.

Yes, we have rapid drug testing available upon request.

Employers typically order a rapid test for pre-employment or reasonable suspicion testing that are Non-Federal.

A rapid test can NOT be ordered for a Federal drug test which requires all samples to be verified through laboratory testing due to Federal Rules.
